“Practicing 25+ years, I integrate gentle Chiropractic and CranioSacral Therapy to help my clients' systems heal more completely. With a whole-person perspective, I treat pain/tension, stress, acute or chronic. Chronic reoccurring problems achieve resolution in a complete way by releasing the whole-body constrictions that underlie localized symptoms. Listening-touch work releases this constriction's path through joint, bone, muscle, fascia, and the electromagnetic field. At times, physical/historical trauma is a component of a structural restriction. My training in Somatic-experiencing Trauma Renegotiation brings release to traumatic holding patterns and helps the whole system regain its resiliency.

Often deeper healing states emerge in our session, as we include attention to the body's sensations and rhythm/stillness states. Patients report: "I came in for my pain, and I got more than that" "This feels complete" "I feel like I used to feel" " This feels profound, and very respectful"

Sessions are 1 1/4 hours, with a reasonable fee. I have trained extensively to bring your body and person this integrated work: Licensed Chiropractor; Certificate: Somatic Experiencing Trauma Renegotiation; with additional Advanced SE Bodywork training; Advanced CranioSacral and Advanced Visceral (Upledger); Training in Biodynamic CranioSacral, Gestalt, Polarity, and Zero Balancing.”

Health and wellness are within your reach.
