We offer an eclectic blend of the best of manual techniques - from gentle stretching and infant adjusting, to myofascial release / active release, and athletic adjustments. Sports and Injury specific training allows us to achieve better results even with chronic ongoing problems. Everyone loves our stretching and adjusting approach, which feels much more gentle than traditional chiropractic techniques. We want to teach you how to help keep yourself flexible and in good alignment.
My personal experience with recovering from auto, sports, and athletic training and injuries, as well as raising six children with chiropractic, gives us a great all around focus on the variety of issues we deal with in a family practice.
