My goal is to help you achieve quick relief from your pain and then to develop a strategy to stay pain free. My treatment technique is gentle, multidisciplinary and effective for your lower back pain, neck pain or headache. I have been in practice for 30 years and continue to work on mastering my artful care. Your experience will consist of a thorough exam to determine the cause of your problem. The conservative treatment we provide is focused on an active, hands-on, and natural approach to relieving and resolving the underlying problem(s) that cause pain and dysfunction. We often use SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) during our initial evaluation to find the underlying problem(s). In addition to making specific manual or instrument-assisted chiropractic adjustments to the spine and/or extremities, when necessary, we also utilize soft tissue work (Active Release Techniques - ART), Kinesiology Taping, Laser Therapy, ergonomic training, posture awareness, and relaxing intersegmental traction table therapies.

I practice preventative medicine, helping patients address health issues before they become chronic.
