Flourish Nutrition Counseling offers individualized support for those who are struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and those looking to end the cycle of chronic dieting. All of our Registered Dietitians are also Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors, meaning we are equipped to help you relearn your body's physical sensations of hunger and fullness to ensure you meet your biological and psychological needs. We practice from a Health At Every Size (HAES) informed lens, meaning we do not focus on the number on the scale but rather the behaviors that contribute to overall health.
