In practice since 2002, I am still in awe of the human body. Each person is different so adjustments look different for different people, but generally I like to use S.O.T. blocks to balance the pelvis and I work my way up the spine using checks of different kinds and muscle testing. Neck adjustments vary from easy and quick to activator to breath holds.
With autoimmunity, we focus on the brain and gut. Comprehensive Genova stool testing helps to uncover imbalances. Parasympathetic tone, Vagus nerve health and fiber foods are discussed a lot.
