I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac), and a Certified Herbal Specialist, who had followed my family's medical tradition. My father is a Neurologist who successfully integrated Chinese Medicine into his primary practice. I also had the honor of training with Dr. Jeffrey Yuen, the 88th generation Taoist Priest, an expert in School of Classical Chinese Medicine, also called "Extraordinary Vessels". This ancient yet relevant and sophisticated system addresses patient's maladies with a personalized approach .This allows not only to get the best results, but caters to any special needs of the patient.

Heather is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help them heal their relationship with their body and food. Joyce K. Anastasi, PhD, DrNP, FAAN, LAc is a licensed acupuncturist, Diplomat of the NCCAOM and an Advanced Practice Nurse. She holds two doctorates, a PhD from Adelphi University and a DrNP from Columbia University. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. She has been on the faculty of Columbia University for over 16 years and former Helen F. Pettit Endowed Professor. She is currently the Independence Foundation Professor at New York University. She was appointed and served on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Medicine's (IOM) report on The Use of CAM by the American Public.

Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College. She believes no food is off limits, but rather there is room in your diet for all of your favorites. Simply put: eat better, feel better, live better. Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Jennifer completed her Dietetics Internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital and went on to specialize in adult clinical nutrition at New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center and NYU Langone Health.

I have been a NYS licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbologist for 15 years. A native of Thailand, I have my masters degree in Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and have studied at the China Beijing International Acupuncture Training Centre in Beijing, China. I received a certification from the Wat Po Traditional Medical School (Bangkok) and have been profiled for my healing practice in Conde Nast Traveler and Self Magazine. I am also a certified Yoga Siromani and studied at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India with the late Mr. Iyengar.

I started my career in clinical nutrition with a weight loss of over 70 lbs. Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. My sub-specialty is weight management (loss/gain) and heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, familial hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome).

I am an eating disorder dietitian and I work with clients to explore food freedom and body liberation in a world where these things can be difficult to find.
