I offer an integrated approach to Chiropractic treatment, drawing from my diverse training and experience in several different healing art systems. After a careful and thorough history and examination of your physical body and other forces that come to bear, I assemble an individualized treatment plan for you. The treatment is dynamic, highly participatory and interactive, and is not only geared toward solving the acute problem you've brought in the door, but also to identifying and working with your underlying functional patterns. The work is empowering, and often produces excellent results where previous treatments have failed.

I practiced with my father for 5 years before he retired, and I learned from him what really works to get people well. He started practice in 1959 and had a wealth of experience that I learned from. I incoporated that into the latest techniques that I learned at Life Chiropractic College West, an excellent technical school, to get a very well rounded technical expertise.

My goal is to help you achieve quick relief from your pain and then to develop a strategy to stay pain free. This would often include specific exercises, dietary recommendations, and ergonomic recommendations. My ideal patient is anyone who wants to be and stay healthy. The conservative treatment we provide is focused on an active, hands-on, and natural approach to relieving and resolving the underlying problem(s) that cause pain and dysfunction. We often use SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) during our initial evaluation to find the underlying problem(s). In addition to making specific manual or instrument-assisted chiropractic adjustments to the spine and/or extremities, when necessary, we also utilize soft tissue work (Active Release Techniques - ART), Kinesiology Taping, Laser Therapy, ergonomic training, posture awareness, and relaxing intersegmental traction table therapies.
