Recently I became certified in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego (SRISD), a research center devoted to the investigation of motor vehicle crash injury. As part of this intensive 48-hour training program, I became familiar with the epidemiology of whiplash and brain injuries, the mechanical factors of motor vehicle crashes, and the wide range of physical injuries and clinical conditions that can occur. Dr. McCay is a Logan graduate of 2009. He brings years of experience in treating many spinal, hip and shoulder ailments. Dr. McCay uses manual adjusting along with heat, ice, traction and stretching on each appointment. Graston, ART, and Kinesiology Taping are also used on occasion. In house digital X-ray along with massage therapy are offered. Dr. McCay works with local orthopedic surgeons and MRI units also.
